Senior Web Developer

O3 produces top notch digital presences and is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team as an integral part of the firm’s development processes. If you’re a web developer with a sharp skill set in front end and back end development and are looking to join an award winning team, then this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities & Skills

  • Pushes the boundaries on the status quo to create remarkable, memorable, and award winning projects
  • Slices, dices, and splices Photoshop files to create pixel-perfect presentations
  • Unafraid to use jQuery and other javascript libraries to add a layer of UX above and beyond the design concepts
  • Has the ability to work well with a team as well as the client in pursuing the common goal of a digital project that commences flawlessly
  • Has a desire to win awards on every project that crosses his or her desk

Requirements

  • Has a clear understanding of front end and back end technologies as well as digital strategy
  • A thorough and deep understanding of the WordPress platform as well as PHP and mySQL
  • Understands front end technologies including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • A 4-year-degree in Computer Science or similar field is preferred but not required as the candidate’s work experience and portfolio will be the primary factor

  • Knows what it takes to achieve SERP increases using above-board protocols and procedures
  • Lives, breathes, and sleeps Google (and ok, Bing or Yahoo too)
  • Can set a content strategy to achieve SERP increases

  • Has absolutely no fear in one upping the big guys with smaller, leaner budgets

Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in expediting SEO projects
  • Has a thorough understanding of SERP protocols, procedures, and methods
  • Has a history of achieving search traffic increases
  • A 2-year-degree in a technical or similar field is preferred but not required as the candidate’s work experience will be the primary factor.

Project Manager

If you’re the type of person that loves working with clients and has the aptitude to learn some deep technical concepts, then our Project Management position may be for you. You will work with clients on a day-to-day basis and be the primary person responsible for keeping projects on time and on budget. 2 years of project management experience is required. Experience with technical or digital projects is considered a plus, but not required. The candidate must be an effective communicator.
