Everyone has a smartphone. You do too. Nothing is more annoying than a website that doesn’t render correctly on a mobile platform. First things first, we ban the use of Flash inside of our offices. Most everything we need to do can be done without Flash, and if we don’t absolutely have to use Flash, there’s no need to kill off a good portion of the mobile audience.
In today’s world, your mobile website can be just as important as your primary website. We love designing for smartphones and tablets and do it all the time. And it doesn’t have to break the bank. With newer technologies giving us a wider array of tools, we can often create multiple versions of a website that caters specifically to an individual platform. All you have to do is make edits to a single website and it will automatically reflect to all other versions. This technique is called responsive web design and – yep – we’ve done that.
